• You held an active premium subscription for at least 90 consecutive days before your exam date.
• You completed at least 85% of the practice questions for your certification.
• You reached 85%+ practice accuracy across the certification's domains before sitting the exam.
• You sat the official certification exam while your premium subscription was active.
• You submit your official score report (showing a non-passing result) within 30 days of your exam date.
• The guarantee covers one claim per certification; access is extended for up to 3 months or until your next exam attempt, whichever comes first.
• The benefit is continued free premium access for retake preparation. It is not a cash refund and is non-transferable.
