By accessing or using CyberCertPrep ("the App"), available on Android and Web, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CyberCertPrep is a cybersecurity certification exam preparation platform offering practice questions, quizzes, analytics, and study tools for 81+ industry certifications. The App is available as a free tier with limited questions and a premium tier with full access.
Premium subscriptions are available in the following plans:
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing (Android), Dodo Payments (Web, USD), or Razorpay (Web, INR). Refunds are subject to the respective payment processor's refund policy. For Google Play purchases, refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. For Dodo Payments and Razorpay purchases, contact us within 7 days of purchase to raise a billing issue.
Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your payment provider (Google Play, Dodo Payments portal).
Pass Guarantee. Separately from any payment processor's refund policy, premium subscriptions include our Pass Guarantee. If you meet the published eligibility criteria and do not pass your certification exam, your premium access continues free of charge for up to 3 months or until your next exam attempt, whichever comes first, limited to one claim per certification. The Pass Guarantee is a continuation of premium access for retake preparation. It is not a cash refund and is non-transferable. Full eligibility criteria and claim instructions are on our Pass Guarantee page, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to:
All content within CyberCertPrep, including questions, explanations, UI design, and branding, is owned by CyberCertPrep or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Certification names (CISSP, CEH, Security+, CISA, CISM, CCSP, OSCP, PenTest+, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners (ISC2, EC-Council, CompTIA, ISACA, OffSec, GIAC/SANS, etc.).
CyberCertPrep is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any certification body. Certification names, exam codes and trademarks are used for identification purposes only, to describe which exam a given set of practice material prepares you for. The list of owners above is illustrative and not exhaustive.
Our questions are original. Every practice question, answer option and explanation on CyberCertPrep is authored by us against the exam objectives that certification bodies publish openly. We do not reproduce live exam content, we do not accept contributed material recalled from an exam, and we do not provide access to real exam items. Certification bodies' exam agreements prohibit reconstructing exams from memory, and we consider material produced that way unusable.
Rights holders. If you own rights in material you believe is reproduced on CyberCertPrep without permission, or you believe our use of a name or mark is not the identifying use described above, email admin@cybercertprep.com. Please identify the specific content, the right you hold and how to verify it, and where to reach you. We review every notice, we respond, and where a claim is substantiated we remove the material. We have done so before: an entire certification's question bank was withdrawn from both the web app and the Android app on receipt of a rights-holder notice.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberCertPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or inability to use it.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease, but we may retain anonymized usage data for analytics purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will notify users via email or in-app notification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
CyberCertPrep uses the following open source libraries and frameworks. We are grateful to the open source community for their contributions.
